waiting for redemption

I would have loved to have been there. Even from 3,000 miles away, my heart aches and groans with theirs. And from 3,000 miles away, I am ministered to by the same words of hope.

And I hear Him whispering over and over, in the sorrowful places of my soul, with eyes of love and fire, “Behold, I make all things new.”

*****

When death, like a gypsy
comes to steal what I love
I will still look to the heavens
I will still seek Your face…

I will sing of Your mercy
that leads me through
valleys of sorrow
to rivers of joy ( — jars of clay)

    Danica, Ryan and Jameson,

I got a new laptop this month, and I feel as though
I am not so out of touch with all you people that have
relocated for one reason or another. I enjoy your words
of encouragement and especially the pictures of your
beautiful son. He is so cute. I enjoy his smile and he
does seem to be a happy boy. I am glad to see you all
have made the move and adjustment comfortably. Take
Care and keep looking to Him who supplies all our needs.

I so enjoyed the photo update! What a beautiful family! Perhaps you can venture over to the Kinnens over the holiday!

    Danica,

A smile always comes across my face when I view all of your pictures.
Your little boy is so sweet. He looks so much like you. I didn’t get
the opportunity to see you the last time you were here. Health issues
still invade our household, but God’s grace continues to pour over us.

Love and blessings to you, that sweet little boy of yours and Ryan.
