a late night phone call.
Friday, September 14th, 2007just got a phone call from daniel (3AM EST). the doctors were able to stabilize aubrey’s rapid heartbeat. there’s one more hurdle, a heart defect that she’s likely had since 2-months. doctors will need to perform surgery, and they’re consulting now but it will happen between within the next six-months (could be any day.)

She is fair, like Jackson. Like me.
She scored 8 on the apgar.
She is beautiful, they say.
But her heart has not responded to the medication, and fluid is building on the stressed organs.
She’s being whisked to Syracuse with her daddy. Bri must stay behind and heal.
