Too much fun!

And here’s what I did with all of my yummy and beautiful heirloom tomatoes last week. So fresh and delicious! Even Ryan agreed that it tasted like summer (and he doesn’t usually go for such imaginative descriptions!) I almost followed the recipe, except I did pop it back in with the tomatoes for 15 minutes, and I brushed EVOO, garlic, and more parm on top. A sprinkle of fresh basil before serving and voila! Summer on a plate!

    I don’t know what would be more tempting, the farmer’s market or the garage sales. I suppose I would tend to hit the garage sales, but then again, fortunately maybe they are on different days. Then maybe, just maybe, I would squeeze in both… What a dilemma!!

    Sounds like lots of fun adventures. Hooray!!

    If Josh wasn’t such a recipe snob, I would have him try it. Alas, it isn’t in one of his cheffy cookbooks, with ounces/grams instead of cups/teaspoons for measurement. * sigh *
